1/25 - Attorney General Suggests Using Budget Surplus Money On More Law Enforcement

The state is looking at a budget surplus of nearly $450 million and the Attorney General wants to use part of it on law enforcement.

He wants to use $140 million of that surplus to add 1,000 more police officers to communities across the state.

12/1 - Broadcast Signal Improvement in Traverse City Area

9&10 News and Fox 32 have strengthened their broadcast signals in the Grand Traverse Bay Area. Residents in Traverse City and surrounding areas can now watch these channels without satellite or cable. A new low power transmitter will help fill the “holes” unable to receive their previous signals since the digital transition.
