Infantino is recalling more than a million baby slings. The recall involves the "Slingrider" and "Wendy Bellissimo" slings.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) says babies can suffocate in the soft fabric slings. The agency is also urging parents to immediately stop using them for babies under four months. The CPSC says at least three infant deaths are linked to the slings.
