He says that to this day the blown call haunts him. Joyce says Galarraga deserved an explanation and an apology, but the forgiveness came from the pitcher. Labadie and coach Rich Rodriguez were among the several people who received a letter of reprimand from the school for playing a role in major rule violations. Labadie was blamed for failing to correctly and promptly file forms tracking hours players spent with the team. Brandon says Labadie isn't expected be part of the school's contingent for an NCAA hearing Aug. 13-14 in Seattle. Labadie has accepted a job as an account representative for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. MICHIGAN'S BIGGER HOUSE Michigan Stadium's capacity set at 109,901 ANN ARBOR, Mich. Club seats are as much as $4,000 per seat plus the cost of tickets and include a one-year term. The Wolverines' opener is Sept. 4 at home against the Connecticut Huskies.
